Privacy
LVFR OPS is a flight-simulation service for the LVFR A321neo. It is not real air traffic control and not for real navigation.
What we store
- Your account: the name you gave, your private logon code, and a random id of your aircraft install.
- Your messages to OPS: the text you send and the replies, kept for 30 days.
- Your flights: the flight number, aircraft, route, out/off/on/in times and the position reports your aircraft sends (about one every 2 minutes), kept until you ask us to delete them.
- Shared aircraft records: the hours, defects and logbook of a shared aircraft, with the flights flown on it.
- Website sign-up: a one-way hash of your network address, only to limit repeated requests. We do not store the address itself.
What is public
The live map shows the flight number, the aircraft, the route, the position and the altitude of flights in progress. It never shows your name or your logon code. Your flight history is visible only with your logon code.
Who processes it
Your questions to OPS are sent to Anthropic (the AI service) to write the answer, and may trigger a web search. Weather comes from aviationweather.gov. The service runs on Cloudflare. The map uses OpenStreetMap.
Delete your data
To have your account and flights deleted, contact support@latinvfr.com or on Discord (https://discord.gg/ZECDCNuE6D) with your name and your flight number. We delete your account, your messages and your flights. Shared aircraft records stay, with your name removed from them.
